Privacy policy
Last updated: October 3, 2026
This policy explains what information Myqrwear (myqrwear.com) collects, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
Information you send us. If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, chosen topic and message. We use it only to reply and keep a record of the conversation.
Newsletter sign-ups. Our mailing list form is provided by a third-party form and email provider (Sphere CRM). If you sign up, that provider stores the details you enter and sends our emails. You can unsubscribe from any email.
Usage data. Like most websites, our server and analytics tools record basic technical information such as pages viewed, referring site, browser type, device type and approximate location derived from your IP address.
Cookies
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Myqrwear itself doesn't need cookies to work. Our analytics and advertising partners may set cookies or similar identifiers, described below. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work.
Google Analytics
We may use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and how people find us. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects usage data on Google's behalf. We don't send Google your name or email. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on or by blocking analytics cookies.
Advertising
Ads on this site are served through Revive Adserver. The ad server and the advertisers it works with may use cookies to limit how often you see an ad, measure performance and prevent fraud. We don't sell your personal information to advertisers.
Live headlines and third-party links
Some pages show headlines from other publishers, fetched by our own server. Clicking one takes you to that publisher's site, which has its own privacy policy. The same goes for any external link in our articles. We aren't responsible for how other sites handle your data.
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how it's used. California residents have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what we collect and the right to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. People in the UK and the European Economic Area have similar rights under the GDPR, including the right to complain to a data protection authority. To use any of these rights, contact us and we'll respond within the time the law requires.
Children
Myqrwear is written for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes and contact
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Questions about privacy can be sent through our contact page.
